Before Elyon Holding, Helio held senior roles with CS Research, Heineken, Vodacom, Vale, the UNDP, and NGOs like World Vision and Joint Aid Management. From driving market insights and launching brands, to managing $130M+ development programs, his career bridges corporate rigor with a passion for social impact.
